Customer Support Executive

Job Location - Rohini, Delhi

Qualifying Criteria:

  • Education: Graduate / MBA
  • Experience: Prior experience in Sales, Collections, E-Commerce, or Tele Sales (Freshers are also eligible).

Must Have:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (as per industry standards)


Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

  1. Daily Calls:

    • Make daily calls to assigned parties on a state-wise basis.
  2. Feedback Collection:

    • Gather feedback from marketing staff (MDO, FDO).
  3. Market Inputs:

    • Collect marketing inputs from dealers and distributors.
  4. Toll-Free Call Management:

    • Respond to calls received on the toll-free number from dealers and distributors.
  5. Payment Follow-Up:

    • Follow up on payments with assigned parties on a state-wise basis.
  6. Daily Reporting:

    • Prepare and submit daily activity reports.
  7. CRM Management:

    • Maintain and update customer remarks in the CRM system.
