  4. Lead Management:

    • Check online leads on B2B portals and source new B2B leads.
    • Work on poaching data (e.g., GST data).
    • Distribute leads effectively and ensure timely follow-up.
  5. Sales Operations:

    • Drive lead-to-deal closures.
    • Oversee dispatch processes and ensure timely delivery.
    • Manage payment collection from clients and partners.
  6. Partnership Development:

    • Establish partnerships with key brands like D-Mart, Future Group, Dehaat, and Agro Mart.
  7. Team Management:

    • Supervise daily team activities and prepare performance reports.
    • Manage team performance, ensuring alignment with goals and KPIs.
