Tele Sales Executive

Job Location - Rohini, Delhi

Qualifying Criteria:

  • Education: Graduate / MBA
  • Experience: Prior experience in Sales, Collections, E-Commerce, or Tele Sales (Freshers are also eligible).

Must Have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 (as per industry standards)


Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

  1. Client Acquisition:

    • Identify and acquire new clients to expand the customer base.
  2. Lead Management:

    • Follow up on leads to ensure progress through the sales funnel.
  3. Deal Closure:

    • Negotiate and finalize deals with clients.
  4. Dispatch Coordination:

    • Monitor and ensure timely dispatch of goods to clients.
  5. Payment Collection:

    • Manage and follow up on payment collections from clients.
  6. Daily Sales Reporting (DSR):

    • Prepare and submit daily sales reports to track performance.
