Qualifying Criteria:
- Education: Graduate / MBA
- Experience: Prior experience in Sales, Collections, E-Commerce, or Tele Sales (Freshers are also eligible).
Must Have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 (as per industry standards)
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and acquire new clients to expand the customer base.
Lead Management:
- Follow up on leads to ensure progress through the sales funnel.
Deal Closure:
- Negotiate and finalize deals with clients.
Dispatch Coordination:
- Monitor and ensure timely dispatch of goods to clients.
Payment Collection:
- Manage and follow up on payment collections from clients.
Daily Sales Reporting (DSR):
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports to track performance.
