Content Writer

Job Location - Rohini, Delhi

Qualifying Criteria:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in B.Sc. Agriculture or Mass Communication.
  • Experience:
    • Currently working in the agriculture sector, OR
    • Retired professionals from agriculture industries, universities, or colleges.

Must Have:

  • Experience in e-commerce, agriculture, and/or the livestock industry.
  • Proven expertise as a social media manager and/or content writer.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong focus on creativity and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
  • Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (as per industry standards)


Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

  1. Social Media Campaigns:

    • Develop and execute innovative social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
  2. Content Creation:

    • Produce high-quality, engaging content tailored for various platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and more.
  3. Audience Engagement:

    • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and actively engage with the audience to build strong relationships.
  4. Strategic Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content strategy aligns with overarching business goals.
  5. Performance Analysis:

    • Analyze social media metrics to assess content performance and use insights to refine strategies and improve results.
