Qualifying Criteria:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in B.Sc. Agriculture or Mass Communication.
- Experience:
- Currently working in the agriculture sector, OR
- Retired professionals from agriculture industries, universities, or colleges.
Must Have:
- Experience in e-commerce, agriculture, and/or the livestock industry.
- Proven expertise as a social media manager and/or content writer.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong focus on creativity and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (as per industry standards)

Social Media Campaigns:
- Develop and execute innovative social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
Content Creation:
- Produce high-quality, engaging content tailored for various platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and more.
Audience Engagement:
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and actively engage with the audience to build strong relationships.
Strategic Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content strategy aligns with overarching business goals.
Performance Analysis:
- Analyze social media metrics to assess content performance and use insights to refine strategies and improve results.
