    • Answer and redirect incoming calls or record messages as needed.
  3. Mail and Package Handling:

    • Receive and distribute incoming letters and packages.
    • Prepare outgoing mail, draft correspondence, and secure parcels.
  4. Email and Communication Management:

    • Check, sort, and forward emails promptly.
  5. Office Supplies and Expenses:

    • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
    • Track and manage office expenses and costs.
  6. Record Keeping:

    • Maintain updated records and files for easy access and reference.
  7. Other Duties:

    • Handle travel arrangements, including bookings for hotels and tickets.
