Market Exploration:
- Identify and establish new marketplaces (online and offline).
Brand Management:
- Handle brand registration and oversee brand management activities.
Lead Management:
- Monitor online leads on B2B portals and source new B2B leads.
- Work with poaching data, including GST information.
- Distribute leads effectively among the team and ensure timely follow-ups.
Sales Operations:
- Drive lead conversions to deal closures.
- Coordinate dispatch processes and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage and follow up on payment collections.
Team Reporting and Management:
- Prepare and analyze daily team performance reports.
- Organize team meetings and briefing sessions to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Supervise and evaluate team performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
