Qualifying Criteria:
• Education: - BSc + M.Sc., (Agriculture)
• Experience: 5+ yrs

• Car is must with driving license

Area: 25 - 30 Dist.
Target: Minimum 5 Cr.
Salary: 80k - 1 Lakh (including Expense)
Reporting: General Manager / Deputy GM
Important: Increase Retail Sales & Team Management
KRA:
• Farmer Meetings- mandatory to attend with FDO & MDO
• Sugar Mill visit minimum - 5 / week
• Actively Participation in Events, Seminar, Farmer Fairs, Agriculture Trade Fair in assigned area.
• Social Media Engagement of Farmer on Daily basis (Like share, Subscribe Company social media Pages)
• Weekly review meeting of FDO / Trainee FDO (Product, Problem, Solution, Sale / Target Achievement)
• Cross check daily reporting of FDO/Trainee
• Share Daily Activity Report to Super Distributor
• Share Weekly Target / Achievement Forecast to Super Distributor
