· Exp: 1+ yrs
Must Have:
· Bike is must with driving license, Agriculture Knowledge in terms of Farming
Skill: Field Job
Area: 1 Block / Sub Divisional (Max 30 Village)
Target: 50-75L
Salary: 20- 25k
TA/DA: As per Policy
Reporting: ASM
Important: Generate Product Demand on Ground Level
KRA:
· Minimum 10 Farmer's Field visit in a day
· Suggest them Sale Aastha Organics Products as per Need.
· Weekly 3 Product Demo is mandatory
· Social Media Engagement of Farmer on Daily basis (Like Share Subscribe)
· Arrange 1 group Farmer Meeting every week (50 farmers in a group)
· Provide details with Name, Mobile No, Geo Tagging Photograph of each visit.
· Submit DAR (Daily Activity Report) in Excel sheet on Daily basis.
· Submit Detailed Summary of allocated Area (Farmer Name, Mobile No, Email Id, District Pin code, Crop, Problem / Challenges)
