Qualification:

B.Sc. Agriculture or higher degree in Agri-Sciences
Experience:
-
7–8 Years of experience in the Fertilizer, Pesticide, or Agri-input industry
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve regional sales targets and ensure profitable business growth.

Lead, train, and monitor Area Managers and MDO teams.

Develop and execute regional marketing and promotional strategies.
-
Strengthen distribution networks and dealer relationships.

Conduct regular market visits, review reports, and monitor competitor activity.
-
Ensure timely collection, inventory control, and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with Head Office for planning and business forecasting.
