Qualification:

B.Sc. Agriculture (Mandatory)
Experience:

4–5 Years in Sales/Marketing within Fertilizer or Pesticide industry
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve area-wise sales and collection targets.

Supervise and support Marketing Development Officers (MDOs).

Organize farmer meetings, field demos, and dealer events.

Build and maintain relationships with distributors and retailers.

Provide regular market insights, competitor analysis, and monthly reports.

Ensure availability of products and timely order execution.
Key Skills:

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Good understanding of local crop patterns and farming practices

Ability to plan, motivate, and manage field teams

Proficiency in basic computer applications and communication tools
