Qualification:

B.Sc. Agriculture or higher degree in Agri-Sciences
Experience:
-
7–8 Years of experience in the Fertilizer, Pesticide, or Agri-input industry
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve regional sales, revenue, and collection targets.

Lead and mentor Area Managers and MDO teams across multiple districts.

Plan and implement regional marketing and product promotion strategies.

Strengthen dealer and distributor network for long-term business growth.

Conduct regular market visits, review performance reports, and guide field teams.

Ensure proper coordination between sales, logistics, and head office operations.

Analyze competitor activities and develop counter strategies.
