Qualification:

B.Sc. Agriculture (Mandatory)
Experience:
-
4–5 Years of experience in sales & marketing of fertilizers, pesticides, or related agri-products
Key Responsibilities:
-
Achieve area-wise monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Supervise, train, and support the MDO team for field-level execution.

Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key farmers.

Organize farmer meetings, dealer events, and product demos.

Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
-
Ensure timely order booking, stock availability, and payment collection.

Submit periodic performance reports and feedback to the Regional Manager.
