Qualification:

B.Sc. Agriculture (Mandatory)
Experience:
-
4–5 Years in sales & marketing of fertilizers, pesticides, or related agri-products
Key Responsibilities:

Achieve area-wise monthly and annual sales targets.

Supervise and guide MDOs to execute field-level marketing activities.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and progressive farmers.

Conduct field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and promotional programs.

Monitor inventory, ensure timely order booking and payment collection.

Analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and share regular reports with management.

Support Regional Manager in business planning and expansion strategies.
